This policy explains what information Zenelix (“we,” “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. This site exists to let people join the SPYDER early-access list, there is no user account and no product to log into yet.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the signup form:

  • Name
  • Work email address
  • Company (optional)

We do not collect anything else automatically. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts, so there is no advertising ID, browsing history, or device fingerprint being gathered here.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to add you to the SPYDER early-access list and to email you about early access, product news, and your invitation. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it is stored and who processes it

To run the signup form we rely on two service providers, who process your details only on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores signups in a Cloudflare D1 database.
  • Resend — delivers the notification email that lets us know you signed up.

Your information may be processed and stored on these providers’ infrastructure, which may be located outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we are running the early-access list, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights over your personal data. To make any of these requests, email us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for professionals evaluating SPYDER and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
